FAO People with Ko3s & TB System Blueflame or Miltek

I'm currently have a miltek downpipe & race cat and am currently booked in to have the cat back system fitted by miltek.

Although i'm sure people with Blueflame Turbo Back Exhaust achieve better results with the Ko3s becuase of the larger downpipe etc..

the general feel seems to be, the k03s cars which have circa 250bhp, have the larger 3" downpipe. The miltek is 2.5" i believe.

Seems to allow the extra airflow.

Alot of k03s mapped ibiza's struggle to hit numbers, but all the 3"'ers do!

No difference at that much power.

I reckon 3" is for 27-300bhp and above.


Cupra_matt runs a milltek with his GT2X and got ~280bhp, which now should see close to 300 with the extra mods hes got.

Both you & me had problems achieving good power with the ko3s

I wasn't sure if it was the settings I have on revo stage 2 or the Exhaust

Has anyone achieved 230bhp + With Revo (2), The Miltek System & Ko3s

if you do decide to go for the 3"blueflame d/p be prepared to do a little modding to get it to fit a millteck cat back.

No the Blueflame will be a Turbo Back System so if all fitted I can sell my old system which is :- Miltek DP & Race Cat into a supersprint Race System

Do you go lots of logging and maybe have your sps3 settings perfect? Mines just set at boost 7 & timing 6 I wonder if them settings cause it to think its lean?

Running high boost 9 timing 9. Proper maxed out and it wants more. I log it quite often to keep check of it.

Running lean wont be to do with revo settings, more hardware.

Im running the same as phil HB9 T9 i was totally maxxed out on revo stg1 at 224bhp on the k03, Ive now gone onto stg2 so not sure what my figures are now? Im running the full milltek turbo back aswell, Should have the k03s on in a couple of weeks and currently sitting at around 224bhp on the k03 i really cant see it making any less than 240/45bhp once the k03s is fitted and set up correctly.

230's max for KO3s running revo software imo. Peoples figures seem to show this too.

So im currently sitting at 224 on a k03 and once i install a k03s its gunna give me between 6 to 16bhp, I should really hope not for the £280 its costing me to get done. Ive seen somewhere on here that a correctly set up revo stg2 with all the goodies made 250.

Isnt this thread about peak figures though? Well thats how it came across to me, No i bet it didnt and i bet hardly anybodys k03 will hold over 200bhp to the redline At the end of the day were all looking for high figures otherwise why would we spend all this money on our cars and attend RR days to see what they are making after the mods have been fitted. Im not all that botherd about the figures as long as the car feels quick/quicker to me but it is nice to see high results to show that all the time and money has paid off, you also know its running correctly. You`d be pretty miffed if you only gained 10bhp from a £500 re-map wouldnt you?

Of course, as it's hardly the same scenario. If I got 10bhp when the tuners state I would get 40bhp I would be peeved.

Personally i think you can get 240 out of stage 2. I still dont think its an agressive enough map for a k03s'd ibiza, but it does go well, and i dont think its worth selling to get a higher headline figure from jabba or CC.

I totally agree with this I got 218.9 and 220.1 bhp on 2 separate days 2 different places so i know that is roughly correct.

I would love to see anyone that has achieved 235bhp + with ko3s & Revo & Milltek

I agree with Phil, I was at one point considering going CC along with Martyn back when. But really, when it came down to it, didnt think it was worth it.
