Fading plastic bits and 18" VS 17"

ultimate

Guest
Hi,

Ivenoticed that the FR seems to have alot of black plastic on it (bonnet / rear bumper) my concern with this is that it will fade as on older cars and look awful!

I realise they havent been out that long ut has anyone noticed any fade or have plastics moved on since the fading bump strips of old?!

And secondly i am considering getting 18" wheels as im not keen on the 17" wheels. The tyres are £20 more a corner! And possibly the ride harsher.

Do i learn to love the 17s and save the tyre cost and get a smoother ride?
Or do i get the 18's?? Will the ride be noticably worse!?

theres far less of the black plastic stuff than on most.

Halfrods and other good stockists do some stuff called back to black bumper and vinyl stuff. Just rub it in with a cloth and it brings it up shiny and new

18's mate, I didn't like the 17's and would have hated looking at it thinking I could have had the 18's for only £350.

Armour all will sort out the black plastic as well, had loads on a (Cough) astra.... (I know it's a vauxhall) but it kept it black and looking good.
