Factory paint crap

Just spent a while this afternoon cleaning up the engine bay.. And noticed the shockly bad quality of the paint in the engine bay.... Paint runs, sight of primer through the blue on the bulkhead.... I know the car has never had any extra paintwork since leaving the factory... Has anyone else noticed this !!

not uncommon, for most manufacturuers...

engine bays get sprayed over with sealant so paint really isnt a necessity.
