Exhaust question

Looking at getting my exhaust done in the next couple of weeks (before i go for my stage 3 map) but wanted to know what is my best option. had a look at a few places and so far came up with this:

(1) custom 2.5" (or 3" but apparently makes no difference) full turbo back (decat too) with a custom stage 3 map will cost £800
(2) if i go with miltek i can get the same (2.5") for £500

what do you guys think i should go for, is there any other opinions, plus i searched and some people have a straight through pipe with no backbox? is that any good?

i also got told that it doesn't make any difference if its a 2.5" or a 3" when i got my exhaust. i have a turbo back straight through de-cat. At some point am going to take the backbox off just to see if it sounds any better, the guy who made it said he would do it but not to sure if there would be any gains other than sound

also would you saying how much the place has quoted you for the exhaust, as my cost £283?
