evap removal

is there a guide how to remove the evap system and carbon canister system??
someone have picetures or can tell how its done??

Why do you need a guide?

Just rip it all out and blank the throttle body connection up, its not difficult.

Do you know what the EVAP system looks like or what it does or did you just see someone has removed it and thought you'd do it as well?

Heres a guide anyway.

Open bonnet.
locate carbon cannister and all lines.
Rip it out.
Blank off throttle body connection.
Leave the hard line thats by the fuel line open to breath and extend it down out of the way.
Throw in bin.

did mine at the weekend, keeps throwing up ecu light.

you have to put a resistor on the connector. same one used for the n249 bypass and SAI removal.
once done it should be okay

i know were it is mate.i just want a cleaner engine room.and i saw that you have done it.what it does i dont knowjust want it out for i"m makeing new pipes fore the intercooler like on the 225 tt and one of the pipes from the carbon canister is in the way..
and what is a bin???
