Error Codes

ok, i was driving home from work got stopped by a red light, while waiting for a green the car started to judder (on-off vibrations) then the engine light comes on. after that it was not repeated happend once lasted 10-15 seconds. i get home and plug laptop in and get the following erroe codes on the engine:

18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
16684 P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
16685 P0301 Cyl.1 Misfire Detected

(used the vag codes thread for description)

these were not there when i last checked about month and a half ago?


my car is a 2001 Ibiza s 1.4mpi

suggestions on whats wrong please,

Cylinder 1 coilpack failure or a dogy spark plug

And poor fuse connection in the black box ontop of the battery

so just messing with the fuses could get a better connection? or should i just make sure the box is on tight and clear the faults and see how it goes?

Change the fuse. Get a new coil pack from GSF or main dealer
