Engine number stamp.

Hi everyone.

Pretty stupid question I feel. But where is the engine number in the AUQ engine?

In the Bentley manual, it say it's at the rear of the block near the oil cooler. But can't find it anywhere.

Also if anybody has any pictures, that would be great.

hi mate if u stand directly in front of your car put your hand on the front of your engine cover n run it off the left hand side should be around there between your knuckles and your fingertips hope this helps just the easiest way i could think of explaining. so its just down the left hand side of your engine cover and you should notice it straight away.

Is that the engine code stamp (AUQ)?? I've found that one. It's the actual engine number I'm after for the DVLA.

serial code (if lucky) will be printed on the barcode label on top of the cambelt cover

if it looks dirty DONT WIPE IT as the numbers will dissapear

something like numero de moteur AUQ 123456
