Engine cover

Hi guys, wondering if any one can confirm.
Dealer says my 2006 1.9tdi stylance does not come factory fitted with an engine cover?
Definitely had a cover pre last service, now missing.
Any help would be great.

Not 100% sure but I would think it came with an engine cover. sounds shady to me but I could be wrong

Thanks Rocky, dealer is asking seat for advice, but think this is an ploy to fob me off. Wait and see.

They stopped fitting engine covers on the 1.9 tdi bkc and bxe engines from late 2005 onwards...

The same thing is happening now with the 1.6cr

If etka says you don't have a cover - it never came out of the factory with one.

We used to get this all the time.

Anyone any ideas on where to find workshop manuals? Have found limited pages detailing certain areas but nothing extensive!
