Engine Cover?

is there anywhere else you can get an engine cover for a 2006 seat leon 1.9TDi? i foned the dealers and they charge £90 for it. ive tried scrap yards but all the leons they have no engine covers

If your not bothered about the badge you could try a Golf MKV or even an Audi A3 MKII or Skoda Octavia as they should all fit and give you a wider choice.
 
The reason Jim why the Seat Leon Cupra one is a lot more expensive is due to it having all the ducting and for the airbox built into it. There is a panel filter attached so the part is required for the eninge to run. Where as the TDI is 'cosmetic' and the car will function correctly without.

Engine covers

Hi

I've recently swapped my Beefa FR for a 2008 Leon TDi 1.9. I'm on the hunt for an engine cover since the tight wads at Seat no longer fit them as standard. I can't find the engine code for this motor in the manual. Does anyone know what the engine code is or where to find it so I know what cover I'm after
