Only about 12" and still coming down, annoying me now bevause I want to fit the IC but I got stuck down the garage yesterday and it's snowing again so don't fancy it now The colour is 'super white', bit of a one off really because its just what the paint shop had in at the time!

I picked the pipework up today and it's gone really dull after being cleared, so might spray it gloss black.

Ha about 12mm here what do you mean when you say it was "cleared" make sure you use VHT paint, don't want it flaking on you! Also what's the situation with painting pipe work will it cause the heat to get stuck in the pipe work instead of being able to radiate out?

It was powder coated clear to protect it, IC pipework doesn't get that hot that it would cause problems.

Got a zinc plating kit off eBay too and currently looking for s winter run around so alot should get done over the winter again.

I suppose it depends what sort of heat the turbo gets up to...

What are you zinc plating?? Sounds exciting

I did yeah, but at th time the wheels were silver, so with them black I might stick it back on.

Cars off the road now for the winter so al start taking the bite off that need Powdercoating or zinc plating and write a list of jobs to do.

I bought all the vinyl from stealers, not very expensive think it was around £50 for the whole lot.

Small update.

Polished inlet manifold.

Few bits stripped off to be powdercoated or plated.
