Painting is 95% finished, just the sideskirts need doing and the door handles a second coat.

This weekend I have been stripping the engine down for painting and building it back up compllete with new timing belt, pulley and tensioner etc, also a new aux belt with aircon removed.

I am planning on having it running by next weekend when we move into our new garage, aslong as I can get a hold of some banjo bolts for the oil and coolant lines as I only have two!.No pictures though, my pc's down so I am using the PS3 to update this so hopefully by next weekend I should have aload of pictures.

Todays work, engines ready to go in, just need a new rear engine mount.

Finish the wiring and stick some oil in the engine and gearbox and it's ready to go.

Finally back on all 4 wheels.

Busy day today, driveshafts fitted, subframe bolts tightened, gear linkages fitted, suspension adjusted, front end fitted.

Panels are just on loose.

Still has to settle yet, I think it's a bit too low, can't really see in the picture.

Insane build dude, my Cupra R is at the body shop at the mo getting all touched up! Hope it will look like yours one day top lad...
