Electric Folding Mirrors Realign.

Hi guys, can someone guide my how can I realign my electric folding mirrors, right side mirror is a bit off (5-10mm or so) when unfolded. Thanks in advance!

Normally once they start to go like this the only way is to replace them, I've had to replace both sides on mine.

I don't think engineers who developed folding mirrors are that stupid, seriously, there need to be another solution. I hope.

Believe me there isn't, all these mirrors are just plastic rubbing on metal. The plastic wears away and the mirror will either overfold until it hits the car or underfold and keep sticking out. You can try and realign it by moving the switch and holding the mirror, you'll hear a clicking sound and it might work for a bit.

Damn it.. I need to take the covers off anyway so i take a look if something can be done, if not... I will try to realign them the hard way, thanks!
