Hi,

Done a search but can't find a guide on how to fit this, anyone got any pics of one fitted? Is it easy to do?

Cheers
Neil

if you mean the race pipe its easy. remove the old one and the pipe that connects to it. fit the blanking plate straight to the egr cooler and remove the pipe that connects the cooler to the egr. otherwise the pipe will vibrate and snap. with the removed pipe that connected to the egr, cut the end off with a saw and stretch this over the new egr and use the jubilee clip to secure, i didnt use the allen bolts provided as they striped the threads in the intake so i used 3 long bolts and nuts to secure it in place. if you want im taking mine off on tuesday so i can post some pics up

Reduces Manifold Temperature ,And stops the EGR getting clogged up IIRC

I also want to do this but nobody seems to do parts for the 1.4TDI
