Um, sorry for the poor quality of pic. I take it the dv return pipe isn't supposed to look like this?

I swapped mine for a yellow one (forge dont do yellow sadly).

buy you can get them in blue easy enough.

I have a small bit of wear on mine but it looks pretty good.

Cheap enough to replace and saves any drama

Cheers, just ordered the Forge replacement pipe in blue. Trouble is, now I want to do all the other pipes in blue as well :)

Yeah, looks smart. If the weather holds out I'll hopefully fit it tonight. I assume the pipes under a lot of pressure, how tight did you do up the jubilee clips?

Hmmm... that was tricky... I tried to route it like yours, but because the Revo intake is in a different place I couldn't.

In the end, I literally had to stretch it into place. Also, it sticks up. I hope every time I shut the bonnet it doesn't put pressure on the sticky out bit on the intake.

Oh... and its near impossible to get to the dipstick now. Have i done something wrong?

Funny you say that , mine seemed to be ok when fitting my revo intake today. Maybe the angle on your intakr 90 degree bens is slightly off causing it to pull

This is mine as of this morning

Hmm, looks that way. I did try and go round that pipe but it wasn't really working out for me unless I bent the grey pipe backwards which I didn't want to do.

Thank you so much for the help. I couldn't just leave it like that. So I took it for a run to get it warm. The pipe was kind of rolled up for posting and hard to work with initially. With the pipe warm and pliable I easily managed to get it in the same place as yours!

Um, one last thing. The jubilee clip near the dv. I assume I'm supposed to go to the right of the bulge in the metal flange? I did it finger tight. But it seems to highlight the metal bulge.

Yeah thats correct , should be fine mate aslong as its not allowing air to escape/enter

Blue looks good though glad your happy...i suppose now like me you want to colour coordinate the rest of the pipes now lol

Cheers. If I knew what I was doing I'd do the turbo / intercooler pipes in blue. Coolant in red. And vacuum in yellow. Then I'd know exactly what each pipe did. Lol.
