DRL’s When Unlocking

2nd day of owning my Seat (absolutely love it btw). My old Fiesta 2016 used to have DRL’s that activated when you unlock, is this possible on the Leon at night? Just curious as it would look so much better.

Also - Would it need to be activated using the in vehicle menu or coded? I have a Carly OBD Scanned if it can be coded.

Any help would be much appreciated👍

Lights need to be in AUTO position and turned on thru the infotainment - Lights - Coming Home and Leaving home... but for me i need to unlock it twice sometimes, but that's just occasionally

You might retrofit autolights easily, there is a thread about it. And then you can have this feature unlocked.

OR

You can have that without auto lights function. See this Thread.

Good luck

P.s. i have added bulb map so you can mode what ever light you want to activate

Absolutely you can do this with no auto headlights fitted......I've coded mine so that just rear lights come on.

I'll post the above pictures again to make them easier to see, but basically you add an additional function to the individual light to activate them with the interior light .

So, add the function of interior light to the following to activate the rears:
Inner left Leuchte 26NSL LA72
Inner right Leuchte 27NSL RC6
Outer left Leuchte 23SL HLC10
Outer right Leuchte 24SL HRA65

And if you want the front ones, add the function of interior light to:
Left Leuchte 2SL VLB10 and also Leuchte 4TFL LB4
Right Leuchte 3SL VRB21 and also Leuchte 5TFL RB5

Fronts can be set to the brightness you want - use 35% for normal sidelight brightness, or 100% for full DRL brightness
