Hi pals
new to the forum, doin up an arosa that my son trashed, 1998 1.0 litre. Need to replace the clutch which ain't a problem except the allen type bolts on the driveshaft flanges are sort of 12 splined things or something like that. Anyone know where to get a socket fitting or key for these?? thanks in advance :p

hi andy
forgot to mention, i've got an insurance write off which i bought for spares for the arosa i'm doin up. It was the write off i took the engine out of to get some practice lol. Its already on ebay along with the geabox! no doubt i'll be posting on here to pick your brains in the next few weeks :D

Draper tools do a set of these 12 point 'torx' (actually called 'ILX') which have 4 different sized bits which will fit all the critical bolts on SEATS, from engine/gearbox botls to Door striker plates. The set costs about €15 in Ireland, so should be about £ 10 in UK max. Any good toolshop should stock Draper stuff
