double din headunit

has anyone opted for this option. if so wat model and any idea of sizes the head unit needs to be to fit..

pictures wud be a bonus..

also has anyone removed there rub strips altogether..just wondering if there adhesive or pinned into the doors.

Before you get spammed about using the search which would give you your answers

side strips are glued on but have a few pins in there

the double din has been done a few times and iff you search for fr tdi or mhills readers rides you will see what they have got/done its not a straight fit either i thought id just chuck that in there

wud have used the search but having to use intenet at work and have very little time to do so.
