Door/Panel dents advice

Hey guys, I was reversing into a parking space today and didn’t realise that there was a tree trunk poking out… As you can see, it’s caused a fair bit of damage to my drivers side door/rear panel, there’s even a dent on the underside

Just asking if anyone on this forum can give me advice on what’s best to do? Buy a new door/rear panel? take it to a body shop? Try and pop them out myself with hot water and plunger? etc…

I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before so any help/suggestions with techniques and how much it will cost me will be much appreciated🫡

Doesn't need a new door. A good bodyshop will be able to fix that. Trick is finding a good one! Ask around. People who might have a clue.

What I would say is that you want to get some paint on the bare metal asap. Once rust gets established in a panel it's virtually impossible to stop it coming back. If you get something onto the bare metal straight away, even just nail varnish, it greatly increases your chances of the the repair being permanent.
