Hi

Sorry for the late email - but here's the details as we know them

We are infield, probably over by the trade mall.

You will need to enter the circuit by Coppice Tunnel (see map link below to work out where that is)

SEAT are marking out the location for us on Saturday, so I will send this out again, but I appreciate that some people are camping overnight.... ha ha.

Anyway - you can't get through Coppice Tunnel without first meeting up with me to get the centre pass.

This is easy to do though - if you follow signs for Coppice, you will invariably see me stood looking like I'm handing stuff out. My RED CORDOBA ESTATE will be parked nearby.

I intend to be stopped nearby the Circuit Office handing out these passes (I think you can buy your entry tickets here also) you can spot this on the map link below

http://www.seatcupra.net/m0rk/temp/dp.jpg

The arrow marks Coppice Tunnel - not the office.

If you get to the Circuit office, and can't see me - only then - call me (check yoru email). I do not want to know you've just pulled off the M1 - my battery will take a pounding otherwise!

Times:

I will aim to be at the circuit office from 7.30am for those that are really keen. Racing starts about 9am, but I'm happy to wait outside until 10am latest.

After that - you can call me and I will try to come out to get the pass to you. No promises.

If it's cold & wet I'm open to bribes of Coffee. ;)

Im heading up from Cirencester, Sunday morning (cutting into our family holiday, to come see the racing) if anyone is coming from that direction or further along, feel free to convoy.

Aiming to get off at 6am ish, so im hoping to arrive at the circuit from about 8am.

Aiming to head up from Cirencester via the A429, over the M40, A46(Warwick) - M69 Coventry then M1 to J23a Donington.

I'm heading up from Swindon, but we're planning to leave by about 7:30, so will pass through Cirencester probably about 7:45, much later than you!

We were gonna go along the A417 to the M5, then M42 along to the A42. I believe that's the way the RAC planner is telling me to go to.

Although, your route looks pretty good aswell!

Just drove it coming down today, good route, probably not as quick as the M5, but then i was slowed by the afternoon trafic, sunday morning it should be a quick enough jaunt.
