disable no seatbelt warning

I did a search and couldn't see anything, sorry if i missed the answer.

(For a 10 reg ibiza fr 2.0 tdi)
Is there any way to disable the no seatbelt warning? It is extremely irritating when I've got a heavy bag on the passenger seat and it wants me to fasten the seatbelt, and also if i'm doing something like moving the car in the driveway and this noise goes off...

It didn't seem to be connected to one of the easily removable fuses unfortunately.

Thanks very much,
James

I am sure this can only be done using VCDS ( VAG-COM ) on the MK5.
The local stealer has an FR TDi in and they only see the light on the dash rather than the silly beep beep beep ! so it can be done.

Unofficially i read somewhere that you can unplug the seatbelt sensor and bridge it so it thinks the belt is always fastened.

Just leave it on, its a safety feature not designed to be turned off. It shouldn't sound when your moving the car on the drive, if it does your going too fast.

plug the seatbelt in then?

around the 'heavy' bag or behind it, either way it's quicker easier and safer then disabling it.

Got a point here, it only goes off if your moving over 10-15mph, why would you be going faster than this on your drive?!
