Diane-shop HID's

Just fitted my 6K HID's from Diane-shop and 1 unit doesnt work

Swapped them over and its deffinatly a faulty unit...

Any1 else had problems with them? Wats there cusstomer support like?

Had mine in for 8 months, haven't missed a beat! I would suggest an email to them would be all thats needed

Not a problem with customer service. They will ask you to send the old one back and they will test that it doesn't work then send you out another.

before you send them out, just quickly pop a bigger fuse in, i had to do this with mine as the 7.5 amp fuse wouldnt let enough power through for the initial surge of energy required to light the arc....you'd kick yourself in the foot if you sent it away to find it was only a fuse

fuse in the fuse box in the footwell? Also wouldnt that cause both of them not to work?

swapped the fuse, nothing happened.

so i swapped the good ballest with the bad ballest. Thats nacked the bulb that did work. so now they are both nackered lol.

Must of been a faulty ballast
