Thats ok, so long as the car is ok now.

do you have vag-com? Id get a cable off ebay and the software is free from ross tech. YOu can check if any faults have appeared that dont throw a light on

Yeah, I bought a cable from Gendan, and downloaded VAG-COM. Decided to pay for the full version, so that I could log the other banks to figure out what's going on with boost pressures, fuel trim etc. Wasn't as illuminating as I'd hoped, but at least I now know some things that aren't wrong with it!

I'll check it regularly to see if anything more crops up.
