What about road grime? It all seems to end up on my rear window and bumper! Don't know if that's an LCR problem or affects all Leons, but it's bloody annoying! I cleaned the car yesterday and after driving to work this morning, it looks spotless all over... except the rear end!

The LC rear doesn't seem to be as bad as the LCR rear IMO.

Muck gets deposited in the low air pressure areas behind cars. A car with a very streamlined rear doesn't get it. The slab-like rear of the Leon certainly does.

I wonder why? Are the spoilers different between the LC and LCR perhaps?

Think ride height is a factor too......the lower the car the more negative pressure there is behind it, and hey presto grime on the arse end....

My old 1.4 leon was much higher than my cupra, and the cupra suffers this more than the 1.4 did.....

well that's my probably factually inaccurate 2p worth!!!

I know the bumper is different - the LCR has a convenient flat section for dirt to rest on :censored: Just wasn't 100% on the spoiler, so cheers for that :)
