realisticly if you order something from a dealer before 3pm, providing its in stock at seat HQ and not on back-order you should have it for the following day. I'd be cancelling your order and trying else-where.

When I first bought my SEAT the key FOB was broken i needed a replacement so I went to my local Dearship (Rainham). I Waited month and a half. Forgot all about it then i got a phone call saying we getting the part in next week would you like to book it in. How much I wanted to say no casue of how long I waited I needed it working.

I had to have the back seat cover of my Leon Cupra replaced, the part was on back order and took about a month.

To make matters worse I had reported the fault to SEAT who wouldn't do anything until the dealer had inspected it then I had to book the car in to get it replaced, so it dragged out over 2 months and by the end I was wanting to sell the car anyway but couldn't until the seat was fixed.

Shocking really since I've had none standard parts from other manufacturers delivered overnight.
