deleting thread completely?

how can you deleted a thread completely... so to make it non visible.

used to be able to do it under delete then go back in under manage and make it non visible.

clogging up sections with deletions..
is this easy to do?

did you used to be able to do it..
I'm sure i was able to do it myself before the server swap event.

dont want to bother you if I can do it myself.

it's possible (software upgraded at teh same time)

Can you not see the 'delete' options as

'soft delete - reason' and then
'permanent delete'

(mods /admin only - no joe public IIRC)

under thread tools I see "delete thread" selection checkbox, but thats all it says. no soft/permanent delete option.

On the next part of the delete I only get "soft" option which I cannot unselect.

does that make sense?

yup, makes sense. I'll amend the usergroup profile when I get in if I can beat the shutdown.

have deleted all the deleted posts now anyway
