Default climate temp?

At some point in the past I set the car to 23 deg. I think this may have been in the early days of using the cupra connect app. Now the car always defaults to 23 deg.

Is there a way to set default temp? I would rather it remember the last used temp, but sadly it always goes back to 23.

Thanks. My issue with this (assuming this is the reason) is that to set the temp I have to engage the AC in the app, even if I don't want to use it. So if it's a cold day and I want the temp on high, I go out somewhere, set it to high and stop, it then goes back to 23 unless I use the app to start it. I'm not even sure selecting other temps in the app does change it, I think it goes back to 23. I now also have the issue that the new app is in Fahrenheit and not Celsius.

If you have a charge schedule set up which includes a pre heat/cool, then yes the temperature display in the car will always be at whatever you've set it at for your pre conditioning.

The temperature showing on the infotainment in the car will always be the last temperature you changed it to (from within the car), until you use the air con remotely. If you start the air con remotely or it comes on via schedule, the display in the car will be at the temperature you used for the pre heat.

If this isn't the problem you're describing then I am misunderstanding the issue.

I have no schedules and rarely use the remote air con start. The car always defaults to 23. It doesn't remember the last temp, or at least it doesn't if it has been stood for a while.

Ok, my confusion arises from you mention of the app in your first post.

If you're not using the app or any scheduled air con use, then I'd say your car has a fault. My Leon, and every other car I've had for that matter, stays on the temperature it was last at. There is no default.

Thanks. I thought it may be an issue with the car. Given the trouble I previously had getting some major issues sorted, I think I can live with it until my lease ends.
