Model Year 23/24 Dealer messed up my infotainment

My car went into the dealer today for the SOS error / GPS location issue and condensation in headlights.

They diagnosed an antenna control module. They didn't change it as they didn't have the module in stock. So, it has to go back in 2 weeks. Cupra refused the change headlights despite me having pictures of it, as the water is not "pooling" in the bottom.

Anyway, I get in and the infotainment is displaying "hello, loading settings". I went for some fuel and it was still displaying it. So, I went back, but no technicians were available. Someone did help and just reset it and tried to turn off / on Bluetooth and WiFi on my phone and tried restarting my phone but nothing helped. The only icon the works is the car icon. This also shows "

Sounds silly but have you tried pulling the fuse and reinserting it?
Not yet. I can't figure what they have done. I think maybe they have used the guest account for testing / diagnosis account and failed to disconnect it properly and it is now looking for the technician's phone.

I obviously can't enter my S-PIN as I can't get to the login screen.

I did find a discussion about this on another forum, and it seems to be related to the SOS fault, which is what it went in for.

I have tried what they suggested here, by triggering the SOS call, but it didn't help.

Maybe when they replace the antenna control module and fix the SOS fault, it will sort itself out. That leaves me with no infotainment for 2 weeks though. Not really acceptable.

I love the car, but this is driving me crazy.
