Hi while fitting my I got a wire trapped and cut into it blowing a few fuses, they have been replaced but my dash has stopped working, I can't seen to find the fuse for it, I have done a search with no luck and the manual says it is location 6 engine bay fuse box is this the correct one as it has made no difference? 2007 Leon cupra

Thanks in advance

When you say your dash has stopped working, is it all the dials and the warning lights or just the warning lights. Fuse SB6 (fuse box in the engine bay) appears to cover the Control Unit in the Dash Panel Insert. This Control Unit appears to only cover the warning lights, no mention of the dials.

**EDIT**
You may also want to check fuse 2 (10a) in the fuse box at the end of the dashboard. This also covers the Instrument Panel.

Hi Tim all the dials and the warning lights have stopped, I have tried no6 in the engine already, I think fuse no2 end of dash is fine because my car was on when I pulled it and the car cut out, I pooed a little bit when it cut out lol, put it back in and it started again. I'm starting to think I need a new cluster :-(

According to the list, no 2 fuse also covers the fuel pump so the car cutting out when it was removed sounds about right. I doubt if you have blown anything serious, all the systems are protected by fuses to prevent that. I can't see any more fuses that cover the instrument panel. What size was fuse 6 (engine bay) when you checked it ?
