thinkin of gettin xenons but want bi-xenons does anybody know if u can get these on the lcr and would u ned 4 ballast or are some balleast twin for bi-xenons

if you get bi-xenon this is all in the same bulb so 1 bulb - 1 ballast each light...
you can only have bi-xenon if your dipped and main beam are in the same bulb.

so i would need 4 seperate ballasts one for each light

if you have 1 bulb for high and low, you need to buy a bi-xenon HID kit.

if you have 2 bulbs. 1 for high, 1 for low(dipped) then you will need to buy 2 HID kits.
that means you would have 4 ballasts and 4 HID lights.

i have 4 ballasts in my car and they are easy peasy to locate out of sight

Hmm, cant say i had that problem when i ordered mine a few weeks ago, but looking on ebay now and i see what you mean. mine were £13 and then £22 delivery i think from diane shop but that option isnt on there anymore. The american dollar ones say they post worldwide but you end up paying a fiver more than i did. Best drop em an email mate and see what the score is.

just been nosing through thread to find the link for some H1 to fit

on shop page

# £17.11Buy It Now
# Postage: £23.96

=£41.07

link diverts to a US$ page (all of em do) which price ends up in paypal @ £62.30

i know it's all conversion rates etc but is it ebay ? or seller being sneaky

still cheap mind but try explaining to a mate after he has looked at it that they are now £21 odd dearer

small update, decided (as was thinking other day) that i'm gonna LED my reverse lights. My bro has just copied me and LED'd all his interior lights, sidelights and number plate lights, but went a step further and did reverse. Looks sweet too.

Will post pics 2moz

I was thinking today about using LED lights on the rear! Be brighter and give the 'instant on' effect like beemers, not the dull fading bulb look! Good call matt!

They're not particularly cheap tho are they? When you consider what I want to do and basically replace every bulb for an LED version! Glad crimbo is here...

give me a link then.. im too lazy to search :p. cheers for your help last night. my mate is taking his car to the stealers as we cant figure out what the issue is and he has to tcs or abs. so trying to put down 210bhp with 300+ torque is not easy in this weather
