CUPRA formentor software update

I’ve just had the system update for my formentor, previously I had issues which my garage thought it was the hardware, with the screen being replaced also. I still had issues after , my local garage smc were excellent. The way that if I came in they never fobbed me off, there senior technicians and David in the service department always made me feel like it wasn’t an issue of me going there. They worked out what the issue was, it needed the latest update that my car didn’t feel it needed, so the car had to have this forced into it. What a difference with the car, it’s so more responsive on everything. So with the support from smc in Woking, my car is fantastic. Best car so far.
