i dont know how long this thread will get as i spend most of my life skint but here goes.

my second leon and my first readers ride thread.

collected my new (seatcupramad23's old) front top strut brace today

trial fit pic.

need to paint the red parts blue and work out how the hell to fit the thing, and how to get the one on the right under the bonnet lifter arm.


oh and if anyone has a battery cover going spare

Saw this on Ebay and i must admit i was a bit unsure on the interior. Never been a fan of leather seats especially in loud colors. Otherwise the car was awesome and from what i remember it was low mileage and the best colour which was the main thing. What else you got planned??

i wernt to sure on the colour either at first but its gown on me, gunna have a black and blue theme now.

got some plans but im a cheap subtle mod kinda guy, not the 300bhp insurance armnleg kinda mods.

Good ol Adrian flux added my strut brace for free woo hoo.
Now to find some blue paint and some bolts.

weren't sure at first they have grown on me and love them now, cost the last owner £1000 to have them reupholstered. even make the gf sit on my jacket wen her jeans have stud/gems on the ass.

some progress today:

painted my strut tops to match the seats (almost)

and purchased one of these

to fix this

like this, but it has a small gap

and while i was at the stealers i picked up one of these

and if it is dry tomorrow i should be able to get it fitted

i have bought some of these for the lower holes on my bumper

finally got round to fitting my splitter today

yes the curve in the middle is on purpose

but there still looks like a gap
