Use the plastic tweezers that you should find in the canvass bag with the compressor and puncture gunk

or, as I have, in the slot in the spare wheel kit spacer.

You can get an extra one if you buy an e seller covers as I once did. The covers they give out at dealers for free (drop off so often) but the tool was handy in the only kit I bought... saves digging around in the boot for it. Sometimes when you fumble new ones on, you get the wrong one half on so you can whip it off again. Keep it in a draw with the spares.
