Could you please tell me, which version of the Motorsport Dogbone Mount you are using in your Cupra 290? I do own a 290 5d and want to order these - thanks!

I'm using V2, but as everyone said, the easiest way and best way to find out what you need (just to be safe) is to check yourself.

I set my phone to record video and just stretched out under my car until I got a decent picture of what I needed.

Hello, total newbie here, what brand of dog bone insert did you go for or did replace the whole bush ? If so what’s the impact on the ride cabin vibration ?

I went for 034 Motorsport - there’s Leyo, APR, Powerflex too which are all popular.

Expect a bit more vibration in the cab, especially on idle and low revs. Nothing unbearable. The performance benefits are certainly worth the little vibration caused.

Just to note, the bolt for the mount is a one time use bold. Although most people do reuse the bolt, it is recommended to get a new one when replacing the mount or putting the insert in

I don’t notice any wheel hop or vibration now and didn’t about a day after it was fitted.
