Ya just to clear a few points up we werent racing... but I can see how people might think we were.. so if u do, fair enough!

As mentioned, we had both slowed down, and was taking it easy (always seems to be when I drive nicely!)

Sarah - I will need a service... just wont be for a few weeks now atleast!

Rash - Nah, too far :p Tho atleast you can tell them there twin is in for some work to!

Muddy - I did indeed, and even tho I dinked the kerb, they are great tyres, deffo going to get another alloy with a toyo on, and keep the set.. worth every penny (as long as u dont bin it...)

Rash - Yes, im afriad it does indeed show this, I wish I could say this was the first time... but its not.... ive had the otherside go off before but not worth trying to get Seat to do anything.

mpm - cheers matey, my new pay rise will come in handy paying this off :D

Anyway, unless people want a random thread to go off topic (and to stop me feeling like a right goose) I think we can leave it there :D

Please!

:roflmao: @ sparky, sorry mate, couldnt resist, but seems to me and others (cough* blackcupra*cough) that you were infact racing ;) and with the roads being super greasy was an accident waiting to happen.

Hope you get it sorted though matey.

Definately wasnt racing. If we were, we'd have both binned it into each other on that corner, cos it was like ice.
I had the gf in the car anyway, and any sort of driving fast results in me getting my ass spanked!!!

sorry to hear about yoru accident mate, hope the car gets sorted fine

sounds like you got off better than i did when i had my accident last week, and i was only going 10mph!! airbag didnt go off though. shows though you dont have to be going uber quick to cause a lot fo damage to your car!!

am looking forward to when the decent weather returns, no more dodgy road surfices!!

Bad news sparky, sorry to read this :(
hope all gets sorted for you :)

think maybe there's a note here for everyone, even tho we all know the roads are greasy and slippery, always expect the unexpected!!!
