Ok the past few months aint been the best for the Green Machine with me crashing into the back of someone at a roundabout 2 times  Gutted isnt the word!!!

Anyway, the first time was just a broken front bumper + wing work - no problem all sorted and looking good.

The 2nd time however, tow bar = front bumper broken into 2 pieces, bonnet bent, wings bent, smashed radiator grill etc = £2000 repairs!!!

But....

My insurance company have just given the go ahead for the repairs meaning i can keep the car which i really dont want to sell!!! GET IN!!!

Im a happy man!

Cheers

You've been very lucky - they will normally write off a car if the cost of repairs is more than 60 - 70% of the value of the car. I'd have guessed that £2000 of repairs on a car of that age is very borderline.

Hope they do a good job fixing it up for you.

Cheers boys!

As for the insurance renewal!! Arrrghh!!!..

One plus point tho, i had protected no claims, this covered me for 2 crashes so at least id have full no claims come the dreaded renewal date!!

It will still be shocking tho.

But.....

It will teach me a lesson i suppose!

I'd invest in some Glasses, or at the very least, some new brake pads!
