Coolant?

Sorry if this has been posted before but i couldnt find anything about what type of coolant i should be using in my 1995 Cordoba 1.8 GLX(auto) I've been using nulon pre mixed which is green in colour but have seen some photo's of other cars engine bays which have the red coolant so am quite confused on which is the right one. I read specs ages ago that said to use G11(green) but have been reading that some people are using G12(red/pink) or G12+(purple) but havnt said if its used in 1995 Cordy. Please let me know what i'm suppose to use, i really dont want to wreck my car.

G12+ (pink/purple) is the stuff you should use mate

It can be safely used to refill/top-up a system that has previously be filled with another type.

You can't use G12 to fill up a G11 system etc.

Only G12+

Our local VAG parts supplier only stocks the G12+ stuff now, they've done away with all the earlier stuff.

I think all UK VAG Dealers only sell the G12+ stuff now, same as GSF as far as I know.

But it might be different in Australia

Thanks guys...um i havnt seen any G11 G12 or G12+'s here in Australia but ill ask around if there is an equivilent in maybe a nulon brand...and if i need to flush my current coolant out first.
