Coolant leak

Hello everyone
Another post on the infamous coolant leaks in the MQB platform

so recently I started to lose coolant
And as every Vag owner I checked the water pump (I replaced at the dealer 10,000 km ago) which was bone dry
I noticed that above the trans cooler the pipes and the top of the cooler itself it started to turn red
The cooler itself started to get the coolant color only in one side as shown in the pic I attached

Is it possible the cooler itself failed or the pipe it self got loose somehow even though I checked and it was not

Anyone had that kind of issue and could help with his knowledge?

also, my car has cts metal charge pipes for the Methanol injection as shown in the picture

The coolant is pink, so that pretty much looks like your smoking gun. The gearbox oil is yellowish/transparent, so it can only be coolant at this point. I haven't seen this before, but these things can happen.
