Coolant flange leaking. Help

My 2004 LCR has the coolant flange part No.06a121133ad coming out the cylinder head on the right hand side where the coolant temp sensor is. This part is no longer available and it comes out the head at 90 degrees. However most others online seem to come out the head and go back towards the rear of the engine bay. I will attach pictures below. Does anyone know the part numbers for the pipe that goes from metal coolant flange rear outlet onto the next pipe that sits behind the engine. If not does anyone know where I can find a replacement part for my current version.

That flange was superceded by 06A121132S I think.

It definitely fitted my 2004 LCR.

Okay thank you. I will phone around and see if the newer part is available that’s probably why I’ve not been having any luck. Do you know if anyone makes a cast alternative? I’ve had a look but can’t see any
