This is a brand new Mahle CRT 19 000S coolant expansion tank. It was due to be fitted to my Mk2 Octavia vRS 2.0 petrol, but I sold that car. It fits the Mk2 Leon so am selling it here.
You can look it up on the Mahle Online parts catalog and it fits SEAT LEON (1P1) 2.0 Cupra R (09.2009 - 12.2012). I guess it fits many 2.0 petrol models of that era, but please double check on the Mahle website.
