Hi all, got my TDi a couple weeks ago and i've loved it since!

Its a 2002 model, fully standard SE.

So far I've just done a couple little mods.

Personalised Numberplate

Bee Sting Ariel

Numberplate LED's

Fitted my headunit from my previous Rover 25 (beast!)

Hope you enjoy the pics. Will look to keep this updated as much as possible with any other mods i do.

Hi guys.

Hopefully getting some new wheels over the next couple of weeks and im going to spray them.

Was just thinking, what would be the best theme for the car? I was thinking black and lime green, even though it may have been done alot. Also thought about red too?

Any ideas?

Recieved my wheels today, thought i'd put them on to see how they look:

Need to find some spigot rings so they fit snug, sort the peeling lacquer on the polished rim and decide what colour i want to respray them.

They wheels aren't in too bad condition, there's some small rust patches on the inside of the rim that i'll have to sort.

Anyway, that's it for about now.

Oh my birthday next week, what do i ask for? Coilovers?

Hi there, they're 18's mate.

Yes really tempted now! But dont know if i'll be able to get down my track now as it's a bit rough.

What coilovers do you have mate?

JOM bluelines..im on 18's aswell and fairly low its fine for ground clearance with the standard bumpers.
The only thing to watch is the sump so i got a steel sumpguard made just incase

Oh cool, yeh i've been looking at the JOM ones. How low is yours at the moment? I'm also thinking about getting the cupra bumpers at some point.

Where did you get your sumpguard from mate?

They're wound down about half way..i can only barely get a finger between tyre and arch at the front and its even lower at the back.(the front cant go any lower because of the ARB on the drivers side)
I have 10mm spacers on the back aswell and cant have 5 people in the car as the back tyres will rub on the arches.
I live in Ireland and there is a chap making them in Cork.

No much of an update really.

Sold the wheels in the previous post as i cba to refurb them and got some money for my birthday. So hopefully going to order up these at some point ( The black ones with red rims)

Also ordered C2 ariel, fabia rear wiper and some aero front wiper blades.

So should have another update next week some time, being a student lack of funds is an issue

That car is an absolute monster. It idles louder than my Ibiza at like 5k revs I swear.

But I agree, black/red is cool.
Black/blue can look awesome too though.

So havent been on this for a while.

Last weekend fitted new rear discs and pads. Also started with my colour theme

You can just see the fabia wiper there too

Also fitted my C2 ariel and aero front wipers.

Looking at new wheels too.

What does everyone think of these?

So...

Got a few more bits dont to the car recently.

Fitted my Fabia rear wiper:

And.....

ROTIFORM'S!!!

Plan is to get some SEAT centrecaps for the alloys.

I also plan to lower at some stage too.

Thanks mate, was looking at BBS CH's for a while, then saw these and snapped them up pretty quick.

Anyway a couple little updates over the weekend.

Sprayed and carbon wrapped my front badge.

Removed the badge:

Then rubbed down the chrome and plastic.

Sprayed red:

Let dry, then started wrapping:

However the paint is a bit rough, not sure why.

On the car:

I did take it back out to make it sit better.

Also fitted some LED sidelight bulbs:

Seriously needs HID's now

That's all for now, saving for some coilovers at the moment.
