well just this one bit on a steep hill near my work....the ice has just frozen and refrozen and never cleared...mixed with dirt/branches etc...its ripped it off....pretty annoyed, but bought new one...so lucky it wasnt more damage!

The only worry with going down to that level for me would be ground clearance for the sump... from what I've read on here it can be an issue for the diesel engines for the sump to scrape when lowered? Any expansion/comments/suggestions on this welcome..

I was down nearly the whole way, only about an inch and a half left on the front and the adjusters out the rear.. No problems at all :)

Just raised them though for the winter, dont want the ice in the middle of the roads to do any damage underneath :p
