sash organic is pretty much same as standard, so theres going to be nothing to worry about really.
No stalling as its almost the same as standard, you can progressively feel when the clutch bites as with standard clutches. this is because the organic ones and standard ones are a 'sprung' plate where as your friends ford will be on a ridgid paddle plate causing the on-off feeling and the stalling for those who arent used to it
where you mention the noise its only the single mass flywheels which some people run that do this giving a fair bit of 'chatter' when at lights etc. but i've still got my Dual mass and its spot on so I cant see you guys needing to change that.
the clutch pedal may be a little bit heavier, but i mean very very slight, hardly noticable so no issues there.
its pretty much a direct replacement tbh, if your car has over 75k on the clock i would recommend a new flywheel though, just because if that goes it'll take the clutch with it.
