Nope! I phoned the other day to check up on my order and they are in the middle of doing an annual stock check, so they won't be processing any orders for at least 2 weeks!!

I had problems with these guys tho, we requested a medium top, they sent a small n said hope thats ok. well actually no it isnt...so emailed them back as they suggested and never heard anything back from them.

pretty poor customer service, and they dont inform you when your order takes 3weeks to get to you either! Hope SEAT get themselves sorted for next season...like VXR (sorry swearing) they have merchandise to buy on their own site.

Well I think that is VERY poor
I had an email from them thanking me for my order , so the could have said that I would be waiting for my order not impressed with that at all.
Right time to do a stock check , when they ahve just reduced their prices.....mmm no not impressed!

Can't you buy stuff from a local SEAT dealership? Theirs one not far from Sunderland AFC's stadium which is a bit of a trek and it is above a main dual-carriadgeway and you can only reach it via a pedestrian bridge but I am sure you can get stuff from a SEAT dealership.

That is why I think having a credit card is absolutely brilliant. Then again that is why it is such a damn shame I don't have one.

Say the dealerships do sell so many units of so many items. The price for a Day Return ticket to the Sunderland dealership to someone who cannot drive is something like close on £3. To spend close on £3 to a local dealership when the belt is only £2 is madness or something. To go to a dealership you would have to set your sights on something bigger (more substantial) and more expensive than just a two quid belt.

Is their a motorsport merchandise site that sells SEAT gear that allows you to purchase by postal order? Becuase getting postal order to the value of the item is no problem. I just need to know how to send it off.

I am a bit hacked off as I still dont have my T Shirt
I have tried to call and it has gone through to an Orange answer phone ok I am typing this and I am alot more hacked off.
Has anyone recieved theirs?
