Climate temp keeps resetting to 22 degrees

Hi,

Somehow, like once a week, the climate control temp is reset to 22 degrees for the driver's side.

Im 100% sure I didn't adjust this myself, so something else is setting this.

This concerns a Cupra Leon Hybrid from 2021 with the Winter Package (my primary suspect here).

Does anybody know what causes this, where to look?
