Hey mine does that too I discovered last week. Can't find any fuse remotely mentioning compressor etc so can't try the fuse reset :(

Is that because we don't have a Leon manual. I'm not too sure which model of Leon you have but a Google on Leon and user mnanual should come up with a PDF. If it was a MK3 then this link gives the PDF.

All fuses are shown on page 250 so you would be talking about fuse F14, the 40 amp one which is equivalent to the one I pull on my Altea.

Indiscriminate fuse pulling can lead to errors on the diagnostics if you hit the airbag one so some carer is required also if you don't get that back into the correct slot.

Why I pulled this one on my Altea was that I thought the fuse had blown when the issue first occurred not that it was more complex than this and pulling it caused a reset which fixed the problem. Although as I said when I get the air con problem it dies completely in as far as the panel shows it is working but no compressor or fan is running, not the the veins are shut and the compressor / blower is still running.

Hi, no it's a mk2. So very similar to your altea. Need to google around a it but just haven't have time. Not even used the car for a week so keep forgetting lol.

If I cant fix I'm going to flog it and get an Eos :)
