Well, once again I have ordered some more cleaning products from www.cleanyourcar.co.uk
I have been ordering products from this site now for a couple of years, for a number of reasons, in which I will continue to explain why
I dont recall how I stumbled across the site, but what a great find it is
For me, the layout, and easy navigation of a site is a key part, and Cleanyourcar nails this aspect
The design is clean, simple, easy to navigate, and each product is smartly presented with a good product description, allowing the customer to understand the product, what it does, and with many of the products there are also customer reviews, which again helps the customer decide if the product is for them or not
However, cleanyourcar operates a loyalty type system, the same as Tecsos for example, and like me, being a regular visitor of cleanyourcar.co.uk, my loyalty points soon start to build up, which is another great aspect to keep me buying from this detailing site as I can usually save a few pounds here and there on my next purchases.
This is only half the reason why I keep coming back to this site. What really keeps me as a loyal customer is the excellent customer service that is consistently delivered when purchasing products
Deliveries are on time and the products are neatly and very well packaged. The ordering process is quick and simple, and when speaking with the sales team, they are always very polite, helpful and keen to answer any queries I have on a product and are good for offering advice to what I want to achieve
I have tried other sites offering the same products, but the layout and intial impression is what is key to me, and cleanyourcar.co.uk does it for me
In essence, one of the few companies out there who really deliver an excellent level of products matched with superb customer service, which these days is very hard to find
From me, they come highly recommended
