The best choise is a 28mm SB for the rear. 25 for the front ( i believe the stock FSB is 23mm)

still wanna get my ARBS but if i get 28mm rear and 25mm front, coupled with an upper rear strut brace..(with coilovers) will this be too stiff?..even if i put it on the middle setting?...

also have read that 25/25, should (in theory) equal out the balance of the car, but due to the leons being nose heavy and understeery it promotes this more. is this true?

im hoping that the purchase of a 25mm rear mixed with the rear upper will give the benefits of a 28mm bar...

i realize the rear has to be bigger than the front to combat understeer.....this is soooo difficult lol

Its a bit of an unknown TBH, the best way is to drive the cars with these different set ups and see what you like best.
I have had a 28mm rear ARB set on the mid point and an S3 strutt brace and polyflex LCA rear bushes and love this set up for me.
I'm fitting a 23mm front ARB and Audi TT Roadster LCA rear bushes with OEM syspension. I think this will be great. The only thing is the OEM shocks aint that great.

i went for a neuspeed 25/28 combo still on standard suspension and you have to push it really hard to get it to let go.
having said that i intend to get a rear lower brace but wont get an upper one. mainly just keeps it pretty normal and saves messing round if something big is going in the car.

i noticed with mine today when pushing very very hard where it would normally understeer it did not it it more went into a 4wheel drift all 4 wheels let go at the same time.
and i still cant really get any real unersteer or over steer

The Octavia set up is very similar to the LCR and they mostly go for the 28mm Neuspeed ARB, R32 23mm front ARB and the S3 strutt brace with uprated LCA rear bushes
