Check dealer service history on a Arona

Looking at a 2019 Arona.

Got the service records and confirmed that info with the 2nd dealer who serviced it 2021 to 2024

But the 1st dealer who I've been told did the 2020 service will not play ball and quotes GDPR, the the reason I'm not trusting in the records on the 1st service is the date is a Sunday and is the exact same day as the next service exactly one year later and is a easy modified in paint cropped screen shot so spidey sense is tingling.

Is there any way to check the dealer service history online?

Well Erwin is suppose to do that but I've never seen mine but I've never looked close at it. The second dealer should be able to see it and tell you. It's all held centrally. Failing that you can work on the basis that it's just had the minimum service plan. The cars are delivered with the long life service plan (2 years + the oil changes the onboard system says it needs). So you can assume at worst it may not have been serviced for two years and the oil was dodgy. There are PCP guys out there that get a shock when the car says oil change within the two years. Once on a service plan they get put on the annual one. The first is Germanic VAG.

Based on your dates of just one year before it moved to another dealer, I don't reckon you have too much to worry about.
