charging cable: connected and unlocked

I have a 2021 Seat Leon PHEV. The car doesn't lock the charger when plug in and therefore not charging.

The white light is on by the car charging port before plugging it in and once plugged in the light just goes off (no colours) and doesn't lock in place.

The car knows the cable is plugged in as it show on the dash but grey and the app says 'charging cable: connected and unlocked'

I've tired the granny charger at home and a different cable at work with a wall box.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

Update
I removed the 12v battery for about 10 minutes, reconnect it and now it’s charging fine, locking in place with a green light. Hoping it was just a reset.

Hi, has the problem occurred again? I have the same issue, but I just lock the car in the app and then it works. Have not reset the battery yet, but I think it’s a software issue and soon will have my modules updated at the dealer.
Curious to know if you had the problem later again or not. I had it about 6 times now. I don’t think the charger type matters
