Thinking about making the interior a bit nicer in my beeza as the prvious owner has not looked after it much. So baisicly wondering how much Im talking for black headlining, black pillars, door cards. Think I would rather keep it SEAT rather than a retrim, also thinking of getting the seat sport seat covers, but again would have to price up some headrests.

So you basically want the Cupra interior? Pretty sure there's one for sale on here, but can't remember who's it is.

prob cheaper than buying it from seat i bought all the pillar trims and it was £30 a pair so it was £90 for the a, b and c pillars then its £9 for the bit in the middle at the back god knows how much the headlining grab handles and all the other bits are.

My brother painted his interior black came out really really good looks like it came like that, it cost him about £100 in black interior spray from halfords though and took alot of time and effort

i priced this up a few months ago mate, its about 9 quid for each sunvisor, bout the same for the grab handles, but the headlining was £163 plus VAT! :wtf:
hence i didn't buy it, think a custom retrim may be the way to go!

had a ride in Mr Cellotape's Cupra TDI the other day, had the biggest dirtiest grin on my face from the power compared to mine, so might save me interior money and buy a cupra instead, thus elieviating the interior problem :D

so about £200 for headlining thats a bit OTT aint it!

just a tad! The guy in the parts department couldn't beleieve it, got his manager to come and double check the price, the rest of the stuff ain't too bad, about £50 it came to for the handles, visors, light etc, then the headlining is a joke price!

ive had loads of silly offers! considering an airbag cost around £250 on its own i think £275 for

drivers front seat
passenger front seat
rear lower bench (both parts)
rear upper back rest (both parts)
all 5 headrests
2 front subframes
both airbags and all the wiring!

is an absoloute STEAL!

Have just noticed this and have a couple of questions that i am sure you can answer for me!

My drivers seat is looking a bit shabby from the previous owner. I asked a Q on another part of this forum about where to get it re-trimmed and didn't get much joy.

AdLav, where did you get your re-trim done? I only really need the drivers seat doing. Do you have any idea how much this would be? And presumably they'd be able to do it with the original material to match the other seats? How does it work with stitching for the side airbags. I know this needs to be done correctly or the airbag might not go off. Presumably they know what they are doing in this respect??

Guinness, you mention £210 for replacement covers......I would have thought they would be twice that! That's great news. I take it that is not including fitting? Do you know how much fitting them would be?? Is that price for the Seat Sport ones or standard??
